Our specialists source reclaimed limestone stairs and steps of every character. Whole interior flights with nosings worn hollow along the walking line, solid step blocks cut from a single piece of stone, moulded profiles worked with a torus and fillet, and plain thick treads where the stone does all the talking. Each piece is cleaned, stabilised and conserved with respect for the patina it arrived with. We are careful never to restore that away.
